With the cue-target paradigm, the effects of reward on exogenous spatial visual channel, auditory channel and cross-channel attentional inhibition of audio-visual were discussed through two experiments under the control of reward history. The experiment 1 investigate the effect of reward on exogenous spatial attentional inhibition under the conditions of visual channel and auditory channel. The results show that reward can weaken the return inhibition effect of visual channel and auditory channel under the condition of controlling reward history, and the effect of reward on visual channel is greater than that of auditory channel. The Experiment 2 investigated the effect of reward on attentional inhibition in the supramodal under the condition of visual-auditory and auditory-visual cross-channel.The results show that reward can weaken the inhibition of return under the condition of auditory-visual,and reward exert influence on the mechanism of inhibition of return in the supramodal. The experimental results show that incentive-induced motivation process and bottom-up control process work together to improve behavior performance. This improvement effect exists not only in visual and auditory channels, but also in cross-channels.This is consistent with the theory of attention resources, and also proves that exogenous spatial cross-channel attention can be regulated by rewards.
