The Style Characteristics And Singing Analysis Of Rossini's Vocal Divertimento "La Regata Veneziana 3 Canzonette"

Gioachino Antonio Rossini is one of the important figures of romantic music school,who has made indelible contributions in the history of music.Rossini dabbled in many music fields in his life.Although not as influential as his opera,other domains,in which he also has deep attainments,such as art songs,oratorio,cantata,chamber music,etc,also play important roles in exploring Rossini's creative style and characteristics.The " La Regata Veneziana 3 Canzonette " studied in this article is the only vocal suite known in Rossini's later creations,which is selected from Rossini's art song collection "Music Evening"." La Regata Veneziana 3 Canzonette " is composed of "Anzoleta avanti la regata","Anzoleta co passa la regata" and "Anzoleta dopo la regata".Using the first-person writing technique,this paper describes the scene in which the heroine Anzoleta cheer for her lover Mo Moro in the regatta.Through the description of Anzoleta's rich inner feelings,it shows the grand,meticulous and profound scene of Venice boat race,Getting a glimpse of the big landscape from small fragments.Because of the difference in emotions of the character in the three songs,the author created each song with different styles.The creation of Anzoleta,the heroine of the opera,is more like the depiction of the characters in the aria.Starting from the background and style of Rossini's creation,combined with experience in the performance of this suite,this paper briefly explores " La Regata Veneziana 3 Canzonette " from several aspects.In the first chapter,this paper summarizes the background and creative style of this divertimento through the research on Rossini's life and his creative style.In the second chapter,combined with the singing experience of this suite,a brief analysis of the spectrum of the suite is made from three aspects: lyrics,tempo and rhythm,and the processing of the aria.In the third chapter,we analyze the characteristics of Anzolate,the transformation of the heroine's inner emotions in the three songs,and the coordination of the singer's expression and action in the process of singing.In the fourth chapter,according to the singer's own performance experience,emotional expression and the use of skills,this paper has a deeper understanding of the divertimento " La Regata Veneziana 3 Canzonette ".This set of songs is included in the Rossini Art Song Collection "Music Evening ",which is of great value for research and vocal singing.It not only keeps the characteristics of opera,but also has strong artistry.This is of far-reaching significance for the study of Rossini's later creation.Singing this suite is a great challenge for the singers,not only because of its fast rhythm and rapid variety,but also because of its requirements of higher musical literacy standard,such as the singer's breath and the grasp of intonation.At the same time,it also tests singers from several aspects,such as the sense of substitution for the song,the understanding of the role,how to use body language and how to better express the role's emotions,etc.
