A Study Of Chen Wenzhu

Chen Wenzhu(1536—1595)was quite influential in the literary world in the middle and late Ming Dynasty.Wang Shizhen and Xie Zhen and others praised him very much.Based on Chen Wenzhu’s existing works,this paper not only will systematically reveal Chen Wenzhu’s life,friendship,engraving,but also will conduct a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of his poems and proses and summarize his poetry theory.The first chapter mainly introduces the basic profile of Chen Wenzhu,including his life experience,family members,to explore the background of Chen Wenzhu’s growth.Through careful and detailed research and analysis of the existing literature materials,the author verified the specific birth and death years of Chen Wenzhu,drew his family lineage,and summed up the reasons for his rise of the family.Chen Wenzhu was deeply influenced by family culture from an early age,adhering to the family motto of "filial piety" and "reading books",which had an important impact on his life direction.The second chapter mainly investigates the relationship between Chen Wenzhu and his friends.Born in the literary family,Chen Wenzhu has a wealth of life experience,coupled with personality,so he has come into contact with many political,literary and social celebrities.His friendships are mainly selected from the aspects of nostalgia,the same year,and literary hobbies.Through the analysis of his dating situation,our family found that it was this extensive and rich social life that improved Chen Wenzhu’s literary accomplishment,at the same time showed his personality charm,and finally caused it to flash in the middle and late Ming literary world Above.The third chapter mainly investigates Chen Wenhua’s writings and engravings.Chen Wenzhu kept writing and writing all his life,writing extensively and writing activities frequently.He served as an official,attaching great importance to the construction of local cultural undertakings,and engraving is his important measure.I searched the local chronicles,various series of books,ancient and modernbibliographies,private collection catalogues,etc.,to make a systematic review of Chen Wenzhu’s lost articles,existing writings,and engraved books.The fourth chapter mainly analyzes Chen Wenzhu’s poetry creation theory.According to his poems,letters and other materials,the author analyzes his poetry theory and shows that Chen Wenzhu is in the background of the big era,the connection and difference between his poetry creation theory and the "post-seven sons",and notices his literature.In the early period,he was influenced by his father and the "post-seven sons",and his poetic thoughts tended to be retro.However,in the late Wanli period,he became an official everywhere,and with the help of mountains and rivers,he gradually realized the shortcomings of the retro movement,and often innovated in order to make up for its shortcomings and trace the origin of poetry,but he had little effect on the road of innovation.The fifth chapter mainly introduces Chen Wenzhu’s poetry and prose creation and artistic features.He has a large number of poems,and the content involves many aspects.There are farewell gifts to friends,landscape travel,and life feelings.His poems are also very distinctive in art.He likes to write poems in the form of group poems and make good use of allusions.Poetry styles have diverse characteristics.His essays are diverse in subject matter,or narrative,or arguing,or writing,or writing different styles,thus demonstrating the author’s prose talent.
