Haydn connected late baroque composers from to the classical style and created substantial amount of music for different genre.These works all reflected the rich imagination and creativity,but because of his brilliant achievements in the field of orchestral and chamber music caused people to ignore his other writing style.Among them,the piano sonata follows closely the pace of his symphonic composition both in style characteristics and form.Haydn initially perfected and established the basic form of piano sonata,which not only had a great influence on later Mozart,Beethoven and other musicians,but also set a benchmark for the development of classical music.Piano Sonata in E Flat Major(Hob.??/49),written in 1790 before his first visit to England,is a bold and artistic expression of Haydn's attitude towards love,and his style of writing has changed from harpsichord and clavichord to modern piano.In this paper,the work-Haydn Piano sonata in e-flat major(Hob.49 ??/)is analyzed and comparison of performances will also be discussed.After studying the connotation and extension of this work,I hope to point out the personalized treatment in the performance version,so as to help students have a deeper understanding of this original work,understand the spirit of the times behind the musical work,enhance the students' aesthetic taste of musical works,and appreciate the charm of piano sonata.
