Research And Re-creation Of Flower And Bird Ornamentation Of Hubei Clay Pottery

As a daily pottery,hubei earthenware regional cultural features,overall like simple,rapid and vigorous style of art,is natural generation and evolution of folk art and ornamentation as one of the most important decoration material in hubei earthenware,rich cultural implication,decorative forms,unique decorative techniques,with distinctive national aesthetic consciousness and artistic characteristics.However,with its gradual disappearance,while making people deeply regret,we should base on the cultural elements of traditional pottery and use modern ceramic language for re-creation,which not only reflects the development requirements of The Times,but also highlights the Chinese national spirit and confidence in Chinese culture.This paper analyzes and studies the cultural implication and decorative characteristics of hubei earthen pottery flower and bird ornamentation,obtains inspiration from it,and carries out the traditional reconstruction,in order to realize the modern social function and national cultural inheritance of hubei earthen pottery.
