A Study On The Long-tune Of Shabinar,Turks County,Xinjiang

This thesis focuses on the long-tune in Shabinar,Turks county,Xinjiang under the guidance of relative theories of cultural changes.It mainly uses the methods of musicological analysis and field investigation in ethnomusicology.It aims to discuss the historical development,geographic environment and conventional customs of the Mongolian in Shabinar,Turks county,Xinjiang with the help of historical literatures and achievements made by former scholars.Besides,it discusses and analyzes the cultural values and artistic values of Shabinar long-tune by making analysis and study from the perspectives of melodic characteristics,lyric content,inherent forms and current conditions of inheritance.According to the study,Mongolian in Shabinar,Turks county,Xinjiang has gone through chaos of war,migration,integration and changes and it forms unique singing style of long-tune with regional characteristics under the influence of history,region and production and living.Therefore,it is of profound significance to make a study on the long-tune and its singing in Shabinar,Turks county,Xinjiang for the development and inheritance of Mongolian long-tune.The thesis consists of three parts,introduction,main body and conclusion.The main body can be further divided into five parts:The first part discuses the history of Mongolian and geographic environment in Shabinar,Turks county,Xinjiang,aiming to tease out the origin of Mongolian in Shabinar and its historical development.The second part further discusses the long-tune in Shabinar from aspects of characteristics of melody,features of sound,techniques of singing,utilization of breathing and reasons of forming unique tone.The third part describes the conventional customs in Mongolian in Shabinar and discusses the long-tune from aspects like the source of lyrics,the content of lyrics,singing conditions and accompanying instruments.The fourth part is a case study on the singing style of long-tune inheritor Mo·Narsen and draws a conclusion on it.The fifth part discusses the inheritance and development of long-tune in Shabinar,Turks county,Xinjiang,its cultural values and artistic values and status quo and forms of inheritance under new circumstances.The fifth part discusses on the development and inheritance of long-tune in Shabinar and points out its cultural and artistic values.It further discusses the current situation of inheritance of the long-tune and its means of inheritance under new situation.
