Mazu is the first world cultural heritage in China to be added to the United Nations "representative list of intangible cultural heritage of humanity".Mazu custom,as the representative of Mazu culture,has been closely associated with a lot of maritime trade and transportation in China for thousands of years,and has become a cultural bond to promote cross-strait cultural exchanges,realize the reunification of the motherland and promote harmonious,inclusive,mutually beneficial and win-win exchanges among countries.As "One Belt And One Road" construction work further forward,Mazu culture in the international cultural exchanges and exchange also highlighted the positive role in the hearts and minds,especially "The 13 th five-year plan" to make clear to play Mazu letters common folk culture,such as the positive role,make the Mazu culture become one of the "One Belt And One Road" key construction contents.This paper expounds the basic theory of the protection and tourism development of folk culture,sorts out the status quo of domestic and foreign folk culture research,and selects the corresponding research methods and technical routes,based on the analysis of the background and significance of the protection and tourism development of Mazu culture in Hainan.From Hainan Mazu culture study of the origin,development and present situation of the resources of Hainan Mazu temples spot investigation,fully explore Hainan unique Mazu folklore,and select representative(culture),8 Mazu temples in combination with Hainan natural,ecological and policy factors and so on various aspects of Mazu culture protection and tourism development in Hainan province were analyzed,and reveal the Hainan has been conducted of Mazu culture protection and tourism development,and to the trend of the development of the scale,Hainan Mazu culture there are manyadvantages in the development of the protection and also made some achievements,but there are also smaller existing Mazu temples,traffic inconvenience,The maintenance of Mazu cultural palace(garden)is lagging behind,tourism products are single,tourism publicity is weak,people's social participation is poor and so on.Finally,on the basis of the full study of Hainan Mazu cultural heritage resources,it is proposed that the protection and development of Hainan Mazu culture should follow the principles of sustainable development,the combination of protection and development,to meet the needs of tourists,and the combination of culture,diversity and theme.The protection and tourism development of Mazu culture in Hainan should be innovated from the aspects of resource integration,marketing methods,cultural and tourism product development and training of specialized talents.The purpose of this study is to enhance the influence of Mazu folk custom in Hainan,expand the role of Mazu folk custom as a cultural link in international cooperation,facilitate the construction of "One Belt And One Road" and Hainan pilot free trade zone and free trade port,and promote the sustainable development of Hainan tourism economy.
