Research On The Image Building Of Witty Supporting Characters In Chinese Animation

In the animation,witty supporting characters are loved by the audience for their humorous and interesting images.They are impressive by their own charm of being funny and relaxed,and sometimes shine brilliantly in the animation,even surpassing the leading characters.Beginning with the research scope of Chinese animation,in this paper,the witty supporting characters were analyzed in order to attract the attention of animation researchers and creators.The paper consists of four parts,the third chapter is the main part of the paper.In the first chapter,the research literature at home and abroad is reviewed,and the main research ideas of this paper are formulated,from research methods,research purposes and significance,research scope and content,as well as the innovation of this paper.The content of the first chapter is mainly investigating the analysis and summary of relevant literatures,which lays the theoretical foundation for deep research in the paper.In the second chapter,the concept of the research object is defined and its evolution process is reviewed in combing witty supporting characters.Based on the traditional western comedy theory,the types of humorous supporting characters in Chinese animation were divided and analyzed in this paper.Secondly,the witty style of supporting characters can be divided into two styles-elegant and slapstick from the aesthetic aspect.For the slapstick style,the author took the western slapstick as the reference,and discussed the influence of the concept of Lazzi on animation.The third chapter is a about the analysis of the shaping of the witty supporting characters,and the means of creating witty supporting characters are detailedly interpreted.Firstly,based on the theory of character classification of Forster,an English novelist,the three types of witty supporting characters in Chinese animation are divided.At present,the majority of humorous supporting characters have the flat character is in Chinese animation.Secondly,about the classification of the modeling of witty supporting characters,the author studied the influence of the national modeling ofChinese itself,the comic modeling for the main purpose of making jokes,and character modeling of Japanese animation on Chinese animation,thus producing the visual modelling style.Thirdly,comic means of witty supporting characters are often expressed through language and action.Witty supporting characters in Chinese animation is still pursuing nonsensical funny style.Costumes,props and expressions also play a supporting characters for witty characters to make jokes.In this paper the problem of how witty supporting characters generate interest is first solved,and then their characters in animation and how to generate market and commercial value are studied.The fourth chapter refers to a reflection on the status quo of witty supporting characters in Chinese animation.What are the shortcomings at present? Also what enlightenment do the two major animation countries of animation industry-United States and Japan can produce to witty supporting characters in our animation?In the long history of Chinese animation development,comedic supporting role not only has a unique and distinct image,but also plays an auxiliary role in the plot and the shaping of the protagonist.To create a comedic supporting role with distinctive characteristics is not only the design of Chinese animation reason,but also the only way to develop.
