"Three preludes — for Piano" is one of Zhang Shuai's most representative works.It integrates Chinese local musical materials with western creative techniques skillfully,and adds jazz rhythm into it,making it still unique among many Chinese piano works today.It is a model of modern and contemporary piano music creation in China.This article takes Zhang Shuai's "Atonal preludes"(the first piece of "Three preludes—for Piano")as the research object,on the basis of the literature review and the author's own understanding of the work.First,it outlines the profile of the composer and the creation background of "Atonal preludes".Second,it shows the grasp of the key points of the composition's playing techniques.Finally,it gives a detailed interpret of the whole piece on music processing,combining with the structure of the composition and a deep comprehension of this work.So as to provide valuable suggestions for the other players.
