Indonesia,as the country with the most ethnic Chinese,the quality of Indonesian Mandarin teachers determines the quality of Indonesian Mandarin teaching,and continuously improving the professional level of Indonesian Mandarin teachers is a "compulsory course" for Indonesian Mandarin teachers in the new era.Reflective teaching is an effective way to promote the professional development of teachers and improve the quality of teachers.It can promote the growth of Mandarin teachers and the optimization of teaching practice in Sulawesi,Indonesia.Therefore,research on the reflective teaching of local Mandarin is necessary.This study consists of six chapters.The first chapter is an introduction;the second chapter is the survey design and implementation of Mandarin teachers' reflective teaching status;the third chapter is the analysis of the survey results of Mandarin teachers' reflective teaching practice;the four chapter is analysis of the causes of the survey of the influential factors of Mandarin teachers' reflective teaching;the five chapter is the countermeasures for Mandarin teachers to implement reflective teaching;the five chapter is the conclusion.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:First,local Mandarin teachers are aware of the value and significance of reflective teaching,but the overall understanding of reflective teaching is incomplete and lacks a sense of reflection in teaching;the local Mandarin teachers have a better understanding of reflective teaching content,but the use of reflective methods is average,and they are more used to introspection and private discussion;in terms of time for reflection,Mandarin teachers reflect better before and after teaching than in teaching;there are differences in the understanding and application of reflective teaching by age,teaching age,school type,academic qualifications and majors,indicating that theprofessional background of Mandarin teachers will have a certain impact on all aspects of reflective teachingSecond,the factors that affect Mandarin teachers' reflective teaching include subjective and objective factors.The subjective factor is that the reflective attitude of the local Mandarin teachers is not active,and the reflective knowledge and skills are insufficient;the objective factor is that the local school has a general reflective environment and lacks a reflective mechanism.Third,individual Indonesian teachers should cultivate a reflective Mandarin teacher perspective,focus on acquiring both theory and practice,and develop into reflective Mandarin teachers,including systematic learning of reflective teaching theories,emphasizing on the accumulation of teaching practice,and improving the ability to reflect and apply strategies;external local society and schools should provide Mandarin teachers with a good environment and atmosphere for reflection,establish a reflection mechanism,and increase training for Mandarin teachers.This research attempts to provide theoretical and practical help for local Mandarin teachers to improve teaching quality and promote professional development of teachers by investigating and analyzing the current status of reflective teaching in Sulawesi,Indonesia.
