Teaching reflection is particularly important for international Chinese teachers,but now there are few studies about it.On the basis of introducing the theory of teaching reflection in domestic and abroad,this paper takes volunteer Chinese teacher in Thailand as an example,investigated the current situation of teaching reflection in the form of questionnaires.This paper analyses the content of teaching reflection,the reasons and significance of teaching reflection,and the common strategies of teaching reflection.The results of the survey showed that the volunteers of Chinese teachers in Thailand basically possessed the consciousness of teaching reflection and have put it into practice.However,The level of teacher's reflection is low,the ways and methods are relatively simplex,the frequency of reflection is not high and the content of teaching reflection is incomplete.,the strategies needs to be improved.Based on the analysis of the current reflection situation of Chinese volunteer teachers in Thailand,the author introduces the basic situation and the current situation of Chinese teaching in St.Joseph Sri Phetchabun School which carries out as an case studies.Then puts forward some suggestions for solving problems in Chinese teaching.The author combines her overseas teaching practice and make a case study about the teaching reflection of teachers in St.Joseph Sir Phetchabun School.The author conducts a case study of the teachers' teaching reflection practice by means of individual research and group research.In the part of personal reflection practice,combining author's teaching practice,Chinese conducted the reflective practice by using strategies of teaching case and reflective diary.On the base on it,the author summarizes her own teaching growth.In the part of group research,the author and her colleagues carry out teaching reflection practice in cooperate way.Using the strategies of action research and observation of classrooms,and taking students' evaluation as the basis of teaching feedback.On the basic of current situation of teaching reflection of Chinese volunteer teachers in Thailand,combines with the author's own teaching practice.We can make a conclusion that:Chinese volunteer teachers should enhance the consciousness of teaching reflection,make a better understanding of teaching reflection,and focus on the importance and significance of teaching reflection,reflect with a critical view constantly.We should also use effective reflection strategies,analyze and reflect teaching behavior in a better way,enhance the quality and ability of teaching,promotethe professional development of teachers,promote the cultivation of reflective teachers.
