research background and research significance of the Taoist system in the Ming Dynasty,as well as the current research status of the Taoist system in the Ming Dynasty at home and abroad. The Ming Taoist system summarizes the previous experience, the system is complete, and it has certain research significance. However,Existing research focuses more on the collapse of the Taoist system in the middle and late Ming Dynasty. The early successful implementation experience and the lessons learned from today's Taoist affairs management have received little attention, and there is still room for discussion. The second chapter briefly reviews the background of the establishment of Taoist officials in the Ming Dynasty, mainly including the establishment and evolution of the Taoist system before the Ming Dynasty, the experience and lessons of the Yuan Dynasty on religious management issues, the Ming Dynasty's "Shen Dao teaching" and "Ming punishment but education".The promotion of Taoism management by thoughts and the optimistic establishment of Ming Taizu and God.The great ancestor of the Ming Dynasty was very jealous of the relationship between the Quanzhen Tao and the Mengyuan regime and used the Taoism more for "benevolence, thick customs",and strict management. Those who rely on it regain the opportunity to enter the core of social culture and prosper. The third chapter starts with the reform of the Ming Dynasty's administrativemanagement system, analyzes the purpose, purpose, and system of the Ming Dynasty Taoist officials, and discusses the relevant management systems of the Ming Dynasty Taoist officials including assessment and tenure, transfer and exchange, and related treatment. The entire Ming Dynasty's religious policy was mainly to maintain the stability of the kingship. The Taoist system was naturally no exception. The Taoist management organization established followed the feudal control system.Taoist qualifications and the selection of Taoist officials all passed examinations.Selection is different, and treatment is different from other civil and military officials. The fourth chapter is mainly about the duties of Taoist officials in the Ming Dynasty and discusses the scope of the Ming Dynasty's administrative affairs and related laws for the management of Taoist personnel. The Taoist Division of the Ming Dynasty led Taoism across the country, organizing Taoist examinations, registration of famous names, and editing of Taoist Tibetans.God is optimistic and he is in charge of national sacrifices. At the same time, the Ming Dynasty strengthened the management of Gongguan land, and set up posts such as spirit officials and promotion points,so that local officials in different places could share their responsibilities and improve the efficiency of Taoist government. In the Ming Dynasty, the implementation of "emphasis on the rule of the country",the punishment of Taoist personnel for violations of the law is extremely strict,"Daming Law","Daihu" and other important Ming Dynasty laws and regulations have clear punishment for Taoist personnel who violate social customs and regulations.Conduct restraint and strict supervision. The fifth chapter mainly discusses the characteristics and limitations of the Taoist system in the Ming Dynasty. The Ming Dynasty Taoist officials formed a pyramid-shaped structure from the centre to the place, covering a wide range, strict selection, and clearer responsibilities than in the previous Dynasty. Its characteristics include both a professional management system and a combination of secular management.Through the management of the Order,it further restricts the behaviour of Taoists, promotes the development of the Order, and maintains the stability of the Order. At the same time, beginning in the middle and late Ming Dynasty, the Taoist system gradually showed its limitations. The preferences of the rulers often prevented the original system from being effectively implemented, the development of local Taoism was limited, and the nanometer and preaching caused damage to the Taoist system. The Taoist system has gradually solidified.Synthesizing and analyzing the Taoist system of the Ming Dynasty in the previous chapters, trying to provide some reference for Taoist management today, and giving suggestions on how to achieve professional management and the training and selection ofmanagers. In the middle and late Ming dynasty, because of the destruction of the Taoist system by the Nano and inherited officials system,it is difficult for local Taoist talents to flow to the upper level, the quality of the Taoist team is difficult to guarantee, and the Taoist system is gradually decaying, which further demonstrates the importance of Taoist talent training The importance of scientific management, contemporary Taoism construction should also pay attention to the development of local Taoism, and cultivate professional Taoist talents to adapt to the
