"Poetic Taste" is one of the traditional aesthetics in China,which has a long history,wide application and far-reaching influence.Many ancient commentators have used "taste" to criticize poetry,which has played a greater role in the unique national style of Chinese poetry.The thesis consists of three parts: introduction,body and conclusion.The introduction part mainly introduces the connotation and extension of poetry,the research status at home and abroad,and the significance of the topic.The text is divided into four chapters,which explore the category from four aspects: the historical traceability,the composition and characteristics,the formation mechanism and the modern transformation.The first chapter combs the development process and reasons for the concept of "poetic taste" from the perspective of diachronicity.This chapter is divided into two subsections,which mainly explains how “taste” enters the field of poetry criticism from the physiological sense,and explores how poetry is gradually applied to poetry criticism from the aspects of culture and thinking expression.The second chapter explains the constituent elements and aesthetic characteristics of poetic taste.The thesis analyzes the composition of poetry from four elements: emotion,language,interest and time and space.It believes that the emotion of poetry is the soul life of poetry,language is the imaginary space of poetry,and the interest is the philosophical factor of poetry,time and space is a poetic place.At the same time,it is believed that "taste" transforms taste perception into aesthetic feeling in the process of entering the field of poetry criticism from physiological feelings,and has the characteristics of implicit implication,subject-guest interaction and aesthetic delay.The third chapter is the further exploration of poetry on the basis of the second chapter.It mainly analyzes the formation mechanism of poetry from the perspective of author,text and reader.From the author's point of view,the writer's inner experience,aesthetic perception and transcendence are the basic psychological activities of poetry creation.From the perspective of text,vague language,appropriate imagery,harmonious artistic conception and flat style are the concrete representations of poetic taste in the text.From the perspective of accepting the subject,the synaesthetic experience,the gestalt psychology and the peak experience are the psychological mechanisms for the reader to produce poetry.The fourth chapter mainly analyzes the modern transformation of poetry,discusses the context of traditional poetry,analyzes the necessity of poetic transformation,and attempts to explore the possible direction of poetic transformation.The conclusion part summarizes the research of the thesis and reiterates the historical value and modern significance of poetry.In short,poetry tastes from the food culture and becomes an aesthetic category under the influence of traditional thinking expression.It not only represents the aesthetic ability of Chinese literati,but also embodies the aesthetic ideals of the Chinese nation.Studying traditional poetics can not only help us to understand the creative activities and criticism activities of classical poetry,but also allow us to further consider the transformation of traditional literary theory in modern context.
