Research On Allegorical And Satirical Themes Of Ghost Novels In The Middle Of Qing Dynasty

Ancient Chinese ghost novels have a long history and a large number.They describe the non-human and non-realistic things,such as ghosts and gods.They express the attitude of the creative subject to the real society and the concern of human beings to the world and all things in the way of metaphor and refraction of real life.From the beginning to the middle of the Qing Dynasty,the ghost novels were transformed under the influence of the "world sentiment book",and a number of "variety works" were produced.The creation intention of the ghost novels here is different from the previous novels that really "for gods and monsters".Most of them use the supernatural to satirize the world,human feelings and moral metaphor,which has a strong realistic direction.In this paper,the ghost novel in the middle of Qing Dynasty is taken as the research object,and the allegorical satire theme of ghost novel in the middle of Qing Dynasty is studied in detail from the three aspects of background analysis,content presentation and expression mode,so as to dig out the deep allegory hidden between lines in the text,and explore the deep sense of salvation that the creators put in their works.In the middle of the Qing Dynasty,the writers of the allegorical and satirical novels of gods and monsters,faced with the fact that the prosperity in the middle of Qing Dynasty on the surface,but in fact they were decadent and declining in the real society,the writers were bound by the strict cultural policy,so they had to take the form of "a distortion of the facts",holding the creative mentality of "play with literature" and "cry with literature",he chose to use the cloak of ghost novels to convey all kinds of satire and criticism to the society.The satire of this kind of ghost novel touches many scenes such as the marketplace,the officialdom,the temple,the Taoist temple and so on,involving every aspect of daily life.It is full of the ridicule and ridicule of the creators to the common people's despicable habit,the abnormal religious view and the corrupt officialdom.In conveying this allegorical satirical theme,the authors of the ghost novel,with the help of the unique expressions of absurdity and deconstruction,show their own cognition and feelings of the society at that time in the process of "deconstruction" and "subversion",which not only conveys their anger and anxiety about the real society,but also their ardent expectation of a bright world in the future.
