The Epistemology Study Of Engineering Evaluation

Engineering has traditionally been defined as "the application of mathematical and scientific and technical knowledge to the activities and results of planning,development,processing,testing and creation of artificial systems".There is no place for engineering evaluation,and engineering evaluation is not regarded as a knowledge activity of applying science and technology,but only an evaluation activity of social value in social,economic,political,management,ecological and other aspects.Therefore,engineering evaluation knowledge is generally not included in the engineering knowledge system.Tell from the reality,today's construction activities more and more complex,scale more and more big,the influence is becoming more and more widespread,there is no engineering project evaluation and value evaluation facts within the community,as well as engineering common social value evaluation in vitro and ecological value evaluation of inspection,evaluation,supervision and control,engineering practice smoothly,engineering a potential problem and harm to prevent and overcome.In reality,engineering evaluation activities have become one of the relatively independent engineering behaviors,with relatively independent evaluation subjects,evaluation standards,evaluation methods and procedures,which can no longer be carried out based on a pat of empirical knowledge,but on the generation and operation of a series of professional knowledge.Engineering evaluation knowledge is an indispensable and important part of engineering knowledge.Both the fact evaluation and value evaluation of engineering are full of the generation and operation of evaluation knowledge.Based on Marx's practical ontology as the stand,viewpoint and method,under the ternary elements in science,technology,engineering,such as inheritance bo-cong li people's philosophy of engineering,engineering methodology and the related results on the basis of critically draw lessons from the Dutch school artificial object function andthe structure of dual attribute theory,grasping artificial content analysis of the main line,and expanding on the analysis of the artificial material for the structure,function,form three dimensions.Based on this,the author integrates engineering evaluation into the system structure and the whole cycle process of engineering practice activities,analyzes engineering evaluation mainly from the perspective of ontology and practice,and analyzes the basic model of engineering evaluation and the generation and operation mode of engineering evaluation knowledge.In this paper,according to the logical sequence of engineering evaluation activities throughout the whole engineering cycle,it is summarized as pre-engineering evaluation,in-engineering evaluation and post-engineering evaluation.Through the discussion of engineering evaluation in these three different stages,the epistemological research on the generation and operation of engineering evaluation knowledge is carried out.
