"Documentary is an artistic form that takes life as material,people and things in life as objects,and then processes and displays these objects with artistic methods." Character documentary is an important documentary style in its TV documentary category.The TV character feature film focuses on "people" and "things" in life.The performance of the character image cannot be limited to a simple record of the life state of the character,but should be good at finding and capturing.Using the method of real recording,the internal and external images of the characters are expressed through the appearance and slight changes of things,thus achieving the purpose of expressing the theme,promoting the theme spirit and making people think deeply.This article takes the documentary "Dreamers" as an example,combining with the theme that young people generally lack the fighting spirit,and chooses to start with the real people and real events of ordinary people to tell the unusual events of ordinary people around them,aiming at inspiring and encouraging people who encounter difficulties to laugh at life.Through the analysis of details,sounds and editing skills,this paper discusses the characterization in the feature films.In the process of creation and elaboration of works,problems are found and summarized in time.This paper focuses on how to use sound language and picture language to more effectively create real and vivid characters.
