| Charles Camille Saint Saens,a famous composer of French romanticism,wrote 13 operas in his life,of which the most successful and widely sung opera is his Samson and Dalila,which has the most classical French musical features.Among them,the Aria "my heart is in full bloom" is a work sung by the heroine Dalila in the third scene of the second act of the opera.The gentle and beautiful melody and the gripping plot make it one of the few classical arias in the history of Western opera with the central female voice as the main character.This paper analyzes the aria from three parts:the first part starts with the Related overview;the second part discusses the personality of the aria from the role building,music form,and the interpretation of different musicians;the last part summarizes personal experience combined with their own singing practice. |
