Shaping Of Our Modern Ideal Personality

The society s modernization is the person's modernization first. In the process of socialism's modernization, it has become an urgent problem to mold and realize modern personality of citizen. The design of the ideal personality should "back - depend on the history, foot on the present condition, and face to the future. Therefore, to offer a theories basis to the formation and development citizen' s personality of our country, we should combine the demand of our country modernization development, investigate the personality present condition, and according to Marxism theories about person's full - scale development, bring up the characteristics and realizes path which the modem and ideal personality should have. That is this thesis s aim. To realize this aim, this thesis discussed the modern and ideal personality' s molding of our country from the several aspects.In the first part, it investigated the different type of personality from different course such as ethics, philosophy, psychology and science of law etc., and defined the concept and characteristics of the ideal personality from the ethics. It analyzed the living creature and social, historic and individual, stability and plasticity of the personality characteristics. It pointed out the characteristic which the ideal personality should have such as individual, social, realistic and corpus.In the second part, it investigated the change of the ideal personality of our country in the history. It analyzed the good or bad about the ideal personality thought and theories, and analyzed the positive or negative influence toward citizen's personality. Moreover, it point out the irregularity of the political ideal personality in the planned economy termed.In the third part, it analyzed the present personality condition of our country. The present personality condition of our country is in a kind of transformation which from traditional personality to modem personality, from dependent type to independent type , from closing type to opening type, from pursued the personality unilateral development stage to full - development stage. So, the present personality of our country shows many levels, and the pursuing of ideal personality shows blindness and variety.In the four - part cent, it discussed the basis of molding the modem and ideal personalityof our country. The molding of modern and ideal personality must not be a conception without basis. We must look for the actuality basis which include the market economic, democratize political, better culture, the development of body and psychological. And we also look for the theoretical basis for it. The theoretical basis is Marxism theories about person's full - scale development .In the fifth part, it studied the characteristic and the realize path which the modem and ideal personality of our country should have. The total characteristic performance of the modem and ideal personality at: the modern in the behavior and the thought, the integrated of personality main factor and the harmonious of personality development. Therefore, to realize the modem and ideal personality of our county, it not only need better exterior environment, also need the development of the citizen's initiative. At the same tine, we must enhance the education environment for the modern and ideal personality. In a word, the realization of modem and ideal personality need the function of the three factors.
