As of 2018,hunan cinema has gone through 60 years.In the60-year development history of hunan films,with the vicissitudes of The Times,hunan films have taken a place in China's film industry.Every year,new films are produced,which shoulder the ideological output and political contribution in the cultural development of the party and the country.Different times,different policies,different environments,the problem is not the same.In the era of planned economy,the film is made by the government departments issued instructions to complete step by step,with the development of market economy,film system,the reform of the global cultural exchanges have become more frequent,state-owned movie not only need and non-state film and television agencies produced films at the same stage,at the same time also want to and because of economic globalization and gave rise to a lot of foreign films.The hunan films created and produced by xiaoxiang film group are a typical example of state-owned films,which are facing unprecedented severe challenges.At present,hunan films mainly present three outstanding problems of poorproductions,poor box office and little influence.How to adjust the development path of hunan films,better export the socialist mainstream values and dock with the market as soon as possible has become an urgent problem to be solved.On the basis of sorting out the whole context of hunan films,this paper analyzes the content characteristics presented in the local cultural background and the communication difficulties and opportunities in the new environment,so as to explore the development path of hunan films.This paper first makes a complete review of the development process of hunan films in the past 60 years.According to the changes of the external economic and cultural environment,the creation form of hunan films in the past 60 years is divided into three stages.Secondly,this paper,by grasping the characteristics of hunan films in the context of huxiang culture,mainly discusses the penetration of huxiang culture into the films themselves and hunan filmmakers.Thirdly,the paper analyzes the factors and opportunities that hinder the spread of hunan films in the current situation.Finally,based on the analysis of the above three chapters,combined with the knowledge of other disciplines such as communication,marketing,etc.,the author seeks effective development countermeasures of hunanfilms.This paper argues that in order to reverse the current communication dilemma of Hunan film,the content production and transmission mode of film should be changed.The development of hunan films created by xiaoxiang film group is an epitome of the history and reality of state-owned films.The summary and Suggestions on the problems of hunan films can provide some new thoughts for the future development of the whole state-owned films.
