Cooperative learning originated in the United States in the 1920 s,is a teaching strategy with multiple functions,and gradually entered the teaching stage at home and abroad in the 1980 s.With the continuous expansion of the scale of cooperative learning,domestic scholars have also achieved certain achievements and practiced it in teaching areas such as English,mathematics,and physical education.There is even less interest in teaching.In this article,through trial use of Student Teams Achievement Divisions(hereinafter referred to as STAD)in normal accordion collective teaching,scholars both at home and abroad based on the theoretical basis and research of STAD,accordion teaching in colleges and universities at present,through the survey before the implementation of STAD learning mode issued questionnaires to universities,to understand the current status and problems of the accordion collective classes;Through the method of expert interview,we have interviewed many professors and teachers in colleges and universities,and have a more authoritative understanding of the teaching content and teaching dilemma.By using the literature analysis method and borrowing a large number of domestic and foreign literature on STAD cooperative learning mode,I have gained a comprehensive and systematic understanding of the cooperative learning mode,especially the STAD cooperative learning mode.Through the method of observation and analysis,the author has carried out the field investigation and class audit in many normal colleges and universities in China.The paper is divided into five parts: the first is the introduction,which introduces the research background,research summary,research significance and practical value,research ideas and methods,and tries to explain the necessity of STAD learning mode to participate in the accordion collective class in colleges and universities.In the first chapter,the connotation and theoretical basis of "STAD" learning mode are introduced.The definition and basic elements of STAD learning mode are introduced.In the second chapter,the author investigates the present situation and thinking of accordion collective class in normal university,explores the existing problems,and tries to use STAD learning method to create solutions.The third chapter is based on the "STAD" learning model of accordion collective class feasibility study,explore the implementation of the cooperative learning method in the accordion collective class feasibility and the accordion collective teaching given to the practical significance;The fourth chapter is "STAD" type learning mode in college accordion collective lesson in the implementation of strategy,the author through into the classroom practice,summarized the teaching preparation,teaching design and implementation,and the results obtained after applying STAD learning mode,and try aiming at the present situation of the problems in the process of the implementation of the corresponding countermeasure is put forward.Combining the above theoretical and practical demonstrations,the author has reached the conclusion that the STAD learning method has a good effect in improving students' academic performance,enhancing students' learning interest,and promoting students' cooperation and communication in the accordion collective classroom of normal colleges.It is hoped that this study can improve the theoretical study of the STAD learning method in the accordion classroom field of normal colleges and universities,and allow this potential learning mode to truly enter the classroom teaching of accordion colleges.
