In the history of Kafka studies,Benjamin's criticism on Kafka was a pearl dropped in the ocean. This article focuses on three critical articles written by Benjamin and analyzes the criticism. The first chapter mainly combs the development of Kafka criticism, and confirms the position of Benjamin's criticism on Kafka on the basis of perceiving the integrity; The second chapter analyzes the main contents of Benjamin's criticism on Kafka with emphasis,Benjamin wisely compares Kafka's world to an ellipse, mystery and modernity are the two focuses of this ellipse.Under the guidance of this dual focus perspective,he interprets the important issues in Kafka's works, such as the discourse of rights, the image of characters, the spiritual foundation, and the way of writing, which also shows the dialectical thinking of the combination of Benjamin's Jewish theology and realism criticism; The third chapter analyzes the characteristics of Benjamin's criticism and compares it with Adorno,Brownshaw and Derrida's ? Kafka criticism",showing the differences between Benjamin and other critics.Benjamin always combines the author and his works to show the dilapidated and desolate ruins of the times in thefragments, and reappears the fracture and shock in Kafka's works with the destructive aesthetic characteristics of fables. The reason why Benjamin's criticism on Kafka can get rid of the complicated and stand in the center of Kafka's soul is that Benjamin's unique perspective of double focus. It not only sees Kafka's criticism of the absurd and distorted modern society, but also captures the spiritual connotation of his loneliness, confusion and obscurity projected in the comparison. This kind of social criticism and spiritual manifestation, through the means of allegorical criticism, achieves the close unity of criticism and works in form and content.
