Gender-free Trend Of Contemporary Chinese Female Art

Since 1978,great changes have taken place in all aspects of Chinese society.With the gradual relaxation of the political atmosphere in China,western artistic ideas and feminist movement thoughts were introduced into China.Under the influence of Western thought and art,Chinese female artists completed the initial enlightenment,and launched the local contemporary female art practice in the late 1980 s.In the 30 years since the end of 1980 s,Chinese contemporary female art has been developing and changing in terms of art form and theme.Starting from the development of Chinese contemporary female art in these years,this paper takes the works of art of different times as the research object,interprets the female works of art,and compares and combs the works of different times.This paper divides the development of Chinese contemporary female art into three stages: female self-consciousness stage,female group consciousness stage and female consciousness weakening stage.In the first stage,Chinese contemporary female art presents the characteristics of "feminism" such as self display and sentimentalism.In the second stage,female art begins to pay attention to the existence and refinement of women as a group In the third stage,Chinese contemporary female art began to focus on the value of human beings and human civilization.Through the diachronic comparison of the characteristics of the three stages of Chinese contemporary female art,this paper points out that Chinese contemporary female art presents the trend of sexualization in the development process.There are many reasons for the trend of de sexualization in the development of Chinese contemporary female art.It is not only influenced by Western feminist thoughts,but also closely related to the social structure of the rapidly developing Chinese society,and restricted by the inherent laws of art,so it is necessary.
