systematically collected the Tibetan and Qiang-Yi Corridor Cultural Industry Policy promulgated from 1985 to 2018,and screened the Tibetan-Qiang-Yi Corridor Cultural Industry Policy through text study.Based on the two dimensions of policy measures and policy objectives,the Tibetan-Qiang-Yi Corridor Cultural Industry Policy was formulated Content analysis framework for content analysis of the
