The revolution of information transmission brought by the rise of the media has a profound impact on the creation of painting.The public in the information age can easily obtain a large number of painting images and information than before.On the one hand,the transformation of media promotes the prosperity of images and brings people more aesthetic experience;on the other hand,the overflowing image production and communication makes the masses fall into the dilemma brought by consumerism.Starting from the concept of we media and the characteristics of communication,this paper analyzes how the we media culture,which is based on the network interaction driven by capital,permeates into the production and presentation of images,and interprets the cognitive mode and thinking logic of artists in social practice and art production in the environment of we media.This paper will summarize the new characteristics of image development in the era of we media: popularization,daily,symbolization.The image turn in the Internet is bound to have an impact on painting creation.The new characteristics of we media image are deeply reflected in the creative practice of every contemporary artist who takes image translation as his creative method.Image translation is a very common way of contemporary concrete painting.Compared with the image translation of modernism art,the method of image translation in the Internet era has produced a new form of expression.This paper compares the differences between representational and simultaneous interpreting in different media ages through comparative research methods,and discusses the concrete works of paintings in the Internet over the past ten years.Contemporary concrete painting has a negative impact on the wide use of image translation methods.People acquire the cognition of the external world through images,but image landscape alienates the connection between individuals and reality.Instead of exploring the real visual experience,people are more willing to immerse in the visual presentation of images,ignoring many real contents lost in the process of reality being compressed into two-dimensional images.In the era of we media,the overflowing image production has affected people's aesthetic experience,the popular trend has greatly affected art creation,and the homogenization tendency of mass culture has also made the image translation results tend to be assimilated.The first chapter introduces the background and significance of this study,points out the reasons for this topic,then expounds the research content and analyzes the current situation.In the second chapter,the author expounds the concept of we media,describes the impact of the rise of we media platform on the way of public viewing,and summarizes and analyzes the characteristics of we media image production and presentation from three perspectives of fashion,identity and consumption.The third chapter explains the concept of image translation and combs the development of image translation in the history of art.Combined with typical cases,it summarizes the methods and artistic characteristics of image translation of concrete painting.The fourth chapter talks about the hidden worries of the application of image translation method in painting,involving cognition,image,aesthetics,development and so on.The last chapter summarizes the whole paper and makes clear the argument.
