Temple sculpture art includes ancient temple construction,sculpture,mural,grotto Temple sculpture,tower and so on.Nowadays,most of the articles on ancient Chinese Temple sculpture art are analyzed from the perspective of history,cultural history or style history,rather than from the perspective of plastic art itself.There are fewer papers and books on the Song Dynasty temple sculpture realism art,The temple sculpture art of Song Dynasty has a very important position in the whole art history,and has a high research value and significance.This article is from the perspective of plastic arts,analyzes the characteristics of the Song Dynasty temple sculpture realistic art,discusses the beauty of the temple sculpture realistic art,and applies it to its own creation through re understanding.With the development of the whole Song Dynasty culture,the realistic art of temple statues in the Song Dynasty undoubtedly went to the peak of realism,which also laid the foundation for the vigorous development of realistic art before the Song Dynasty.His thought is to follow Gu Kaizhi’s viewpoint of "writing God by shape" and "transmitting God",which was put forward in the Wei Jin period.Painting pays attention to the inner temperament of things and pursues verve on the basis of resemblance,which is also reflected in the realistic art of temples.Therefore,I analyze the influence of the development of the realistic art of temple statues on the whole Song Dynasty,and the unique realistic art of temple statues in Song Dynasty under the background of the politics and culture of Song Dynasty.Through on-the-spot investigation and practical experience of the realistic charm of the temple sculpture art in Song Dynasty,combined with consulting relevant books and materials,and taking the temple sculpture art in Anyue Dazu and the Central Plains of Shanxi Province as an example,this paper analyzes the overall style differences between the two Song dynasties.The Northern Song Dynasty inherited the elegant and magnificent style of the Tang and Five Dynasties,and gradually became elegant and secularized The Southern Song Dynasty became more quiet and elegant.Although there are differences,the overall artistic characteristics of temple statues in Song Dynasty are influenced by the new Confucianism.Through the re understanding of it,this paper analyzes the expression of the line factor in the ancient architecture,sculpture and tower modeling in the temple sculpture art,and realizes the aesthetic feeling embodied in the structure line and outline line,as well as the traditional scroll painting concept of "viewing things with the heart",and the application of the macro universe concept of "knowing things with the nature" in the sculpture.From the performance characteristics of the realistic art of temple statues in the Song Dynasty,it shows the spirit of the realistic art of Chinese traditional temple statues: to view things with the heart,to measure things and take their truth.Finally,taking the realistic art of temple sculpture as the theme,through the combination of the image in the artist’s heart and the objective performance,the line factors and the scroll painting ideas are used in the creation,and the re understanding of the realistic art of temple sculpture guides the creation of his works.
