The Design Research Of Adult Popular Science Picture Books

Nowadays,Picture books become an important carrier of universal knowledge with a long development which firstly appeared in the 17 th century in Europe.In the era of vigorous development of Picture books,more and more adults are interested in picture books,and it is not a type of children readings any more.As a type of the picture books,adult picture book is an Indispensable and novelty form of art that broaden horizons of artistic Innovation and which is conducive to the popularization of scientific knowledge for the adults.Through the status of the entire book market,the sales of popular science books show a rising trend with the emergence of a large number of outstanding science books.Although there are many Chinese published science books,readers are reluctant to read such books because of its obscure.Therefore,this paper conforms to the general trend of the times,will combine the popular science picture and the adult group,carry on the adult science class picture book this field research.This paper mainly focuses on the study of adult science books,which is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,including the significance and purpose of the study of adult science,the background of the research and the current research situation in this field.The second part reviews the history of the development of Chinese picture books and the history of changes in the forms of the creation of the picture books.This part of foreshadowing for the following picture books design study.The third part of the study of adult science books,the paper will clarify the concept of adult science books,the target population,and taking into account the particularity of the picture book,comparing with the children picture book,analyzing of the features of adult science class picture book.The fourth part of the paper is a study on the Visual Style of Adult Science;First of all,it introduces several painting styles of adult adult painting,and then explores the manifestations of adult science books.The fifth part of the paper describes the design of the design results,detailing the design and design of the physical design process.The focus of this thesis is on the third chapter and the fourth chapter,which mainly introduces the characteristics of the adult science class and the visual style of the picture book.
