Research On The Creation Of Traditional Art Intangible Cultural Heritage Science Popularization Picture Books

Intangible cultural heritage is an important component of China’s excellent traditional culture,integrating material and spiritual wealth,and possessing profound value.In recent years,the country has encouraged and supported the inheritance and dissemination of intangible cultural heritage,and actively promoted activities such as intangible cultural heritage entering schools.Allowing children to be exposed to intangible cultural heritage from an early age not only cultivates their cultural pride,but also assists in the development and innovation of intangible cultural heritage.Science popularization picture books are a type of book that primarily conveys scientific knowledge in terms of function,and primarily uses pictures and text as a supplement in terms of visual representation.They are one of the important ways for children to acquire knowledge.The use of science popularization picture books to spread intangible cultural heritage can be more easily understood and accepted by children.Grass Cloth Embroidery originated in Xinyu,Jiangxi,and is a fusion of Grass Cloth art and embroidery art.As a national intangible cultural heritage,Grass Cloth Embroidery attaches great importance to the dissemination of science to children in terms of inheritance and development.However,its current scope of dissemination is limited.In view of this situation,this topic used case analysis,comparative analysis and field research to collect and sort out the existing science popularization picture books of intangible cultural heritage on the market at present,and analyzed and summarized their picture performance style.Through field research,we can understand the Grass Cloth Embroidery and extract the elements that can be used in the picture creation of picture books.Based on this research,create a picture book with Grass Cloth Embroidery as the content and scientific popularization as the purpose.The popular science picture book is divided into two parts: the main volume and the separate volume.The main volume is called "Grass Cloth Embroidery",and the separate volume is called "Understanding Grass Cloth Embroidery".The overall design approach is based on a child-centered perspective,taking a children’s perspective to control the development of the story plot and the strength of science popularization.Science popularization content is integrated into the story,elements are extracted from the art works of Grass Cloth Embroidery and applied to picture book creation,exploring more possibilities for artistic expression,and achieving intuitive and effective information transmission through appropriate graphic and textual layout.The thesis is divided into five parts.The first chapter is an introduction,mainly explaining the source of the topic and analyzing and summarizing the research status of intangible cultural heritage science popularization picture books at home and abroad.The second chapter mainly explores the characteristics of popular science picture books,analyzes the relationship between popular science picture books and intangible cultural heritage,and the role they play.Chapter 3 analyzes the relevant knowledge of Grass Cloth Embroidery and the advantages and dissemination content of using popular science picture books to disseminate Grass Cloth Embroidery.Chapter 4 elaborates on the design ideas and creative process of the popular science picture book "Grass Cloth Embroidery".Chapter 5 provides a summary and outlook for the entire article.
