A Brief Analysis Of Expressions Of Local Themes In Oil Painting Creation

In Chinese and foreign art history,paintings with homeland feelings have wide expressive subject matters and possess endless expression forms.They have obvious realistic features.They tend to adopt realistic expression techniques to show the artists' feelings and understanding of rural life and to express the artists' feelings to their homeland and their love for the land.In the current social life of China,the artistic practice and creation with homeland feelings have been regarded as an indispensable part of contemporary art works.Based on professional knowledge and experience of the predecessors and his own life experience,the author shows his love and longing for rural life with paintings.This paper aims to shape images of farmers in Northern Shanxi.By taking the three works on the theme of farmers as examples,this paper focuses on analyzing,depicting and exploring the life of farmers and showing the author's feelings and thinking of rural life in his era.This paper explores the significance and values of paintings with the theme of rural life according to achievements of previous explorations,life experience and personal feelings of the author.
