On Seeking Common Ground While Reserving Differences Between Contemporary Chinese Ink Figure And Watercolor Figure Painting

There are many kinds of easel paintings in the East and West.Among them,the Chinese ink painting with a long history in China and the Western watercolor painting in foreign products are two representative independent painting types,while the figure painting in the ink painting and the figure painting in the watercolor painting have different artistic characteristics and many of the same or similar similarities.Especially in the in-depth study found that watercolor figure painting in comparison with the ink figure "boneless figure",but also found that the two have a lot of artistic language and elements in common.Through the comparative analysis,the external similarities and differences as well as the internal relations between the ink painting figures and the watercolor painting figures,the purpose of this paper is to study the painting techniques and the essence of philosophy of two different kinds of paintings.In this paper,three parts are discussed.The first part is about the differences and similarities between the concepts of ink painting figures and watercolor figures.It discusses the differences and similarities between the two kinds of painting forms from the picture effect to the ideological realm as well as the concepts.Then the second part describes the differences and similarities between ink painting figures and watercolor figures in artistic expression.The third part introduces the similarities and differences between the characters of ink painting and watercolor painting in the language of personalized expression,as well as the integration of the two.Finally,how to use the combination of two painting subjects to produce the desired effect in the process of graduation creation is discussed.In this paper,image analysis,case study and comparative study are used to analyze the similarities and differences between ink painting figures and watercolor figures,so as to facilitate the study and research of painting in the future.
