Latin dance is one of the sports dance projects.It belongs to the skill-dominated difficult-to-beautiful item group,and has sports competition and speciality.Competitiveness is reflected in the explosive power of movements,dance styles and changing technical skills;speciality is reflected in the diversity of double dance movements,the elegance of clothing,and the setting of the heels of the dance heels.The beauty of clothing and shoes has become an important part of beautifying sports dance movements.As far as dance shoes are concerned,its functions have both aesthetic value and help to complete the action.Therefore,it will be said that players choose to wear different heel heights according to their own personalities and abilities.At present,Latin dancers are required to wear dance shoes of a certain height during competitions and performances,and their effectiveness in beautifying dance moves has been recognized by all players.However,how to choose dance shoes of appropriate height according to their own abilities,especially dance shoes with different heel heights and the best use of explosive power of the lower limbs.Similar to these crucial issues,the players have not studied much and there is a certain amount of blind movement.Sex.Latin dance mainly relies on the lower limbs to complete the movements,and the explosive force of the lower limbs is a key factor affecting the completion of high-quality movements.Practice has proven that long-term training with dancing shoes with a certain heel height will play a certain role in developing explosive power of the lower limbs,but no conclusion has been reached on related theoretical research so far.Undoubtedly,this seemingly small subject also has a strong application value for guiding practice,and it is urgently needed to make up for it.In this paper,the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method,mathematical statistics method and experimental method are used to study the impact of the heel height of 3.5cm,5.5cm and 7.5cm on the explosive force of the lower limbs.The experimental subjects of this article are twenty-one female college students of Wuhan Dance Institute's 2018 dance performance specialty sports dance elective class.The selection criteria before the experiment were basically the same,all had no leg disease,had received dance training experience of three years or more,all were 19.14±0.47 years old,the average height was 168.38±2.01 cm,and the average weight was 54.51±2.27 kg.Ensure that there is no significant difference in the parameters measured before the experiment,and randomly divide all experimental subjects according to the heel height of 3.5cm group(n = 7),5.5cm group(n= 7)and 7.5cm group(n = 7).There are three groups;after eight weeks of learning the sameLatin dance teaching content,their experimental results are tested based on two measurements of standing long jump and jumping on the force plate.The results of statistical analysis of all data are as follows:(1)After comparison within the group,the values of standing long jump and CMJ dynamics index of the three groups of experimental subjects increased.Among them,the CMJ value of the 3.5cm group,the impulse height,the relative power,and the average acceleration dynamics of the first half of the pedaling stretch have significant differences before and after the experiment;the 5.5cm group of the CMJ value of the impulse,relative power,and relative strength,the first half There were significant differences between the average acceleration of the segment and the average acceleration dynamics of the second half of the kick and stretch before and after the experiment;the CMJ value of the 7.5cm group,the empty time,the speed,the relative power,the relative strength,the average acceleration of the first half of the kick,and the stretch The average acceleration dynamics index of the front and rear sections has significant differences before and after the experiment.Comparing the improvement degree of the three groups,they were 5.5cm group,7.5cm group and 3.5cm group in order.(2)After comparison between the groups,there is a significant difference in dynamics index impulse between the 5.5cm group and the 7.5cm group,and the 5.5cm group is better than the 7.5cm group;there is no significant difference in the standing long jump and CMJ dynamics of the three groups Among them,the increase in the 5.5cm group was higher than that in the 3.5cm and 7.5cm groups.(3)After comparison between the groups,the CMJ value of the 3.5cm group has the best effect in improving the flying height index;in the 5.5cm group,in the standing long jump,the CMJ value of the flying time,impulse,relative power,average acceleration in the first half of the stretch,and after stretching The half-segment average acceleration index has the best lifting effect,while the 7.5cm group has the best lifting effect on the CMJ value of the flying speed and relative strength index.Analysis conclusion:(1)Female college students wear dance shoes with different heel heights.After eight weeks of training,the comparison of standing long jump and the CMJ dynamics index values in the group have an increasing trend,and most of the CMJ index values have significant differences.It shows that wearing different dance shoes has the same effect on improving the explosive power of the lower limbs.(2)Female college students wear dance shoes with different heel heights.After eight weeks of training,the group compares the standing long jump and CMJ dynamic index valuesbetween the three groups.Although there is no significant difference,it also shows 5.5cm height dance shoes have the best effect on the explosive power of the lower limbs,followed by 7.5cm and 3.5cm.(3)The style of dance shoes has a certain effect on beautifying the legs,and the height of the heel of dance shoes will affect the explosive power of the lower limbs.Latin dance practitioners should not only consider their personal preferences when choosing dance shoes,but also choose to adapt to their heel height according to their dancing ability.Only by fully considering the choice of dance shoes can the effect of beautifully completed Latin dance movements be guaranteed.
