As a skill sport,Latin dance needs strength training while ensuring the improvement of technical level.For children Latin dancers,lower limb strength is the core content of strength training.Lower limb strength can lay a solid foundation for the complete set of movements.Only with sufficient special strength training,dancers can improve their dancing skills and dance skills while completing their movements,so that dancers can fully display themselves in the competition and achieve ideal results.At present,although many studies on Latin dance physical training have been reported,there are relatively few literatures on children's Latin dance lower limb strength training.Therefore,grasping the characteristics of children's physical development,exploring and researching their lower limb strength characteristics,and conducting targeted training have far-reaching guiding significance for the construction of the main content of lower limb strength training for children Latin dancers,providing professional training suggestions for children Latin dancers and improving the overall quality of dancers.The author carries out research on the lower limb strength training of Latin dance for children by synthesizing the methods of literature,questionnaire and so on.Through the research method of combining theory with practice,the author comprehensively analyses the characteristics of children's physical development,and on this basis,puts forward scientific and reasonable suggestions on the lower limb strength training of Latin dance for children,further grasps the development trend of world sports dance,and constantly pulls on.The content of lower limb strength training in Ding Dance is optimized,and the following conclusions are drawn:1.In the process of lower limb strength training of children Latin dance,we should not ignore the development of children's physical fitness.We should focus on the relationship between special strength training and special technical training,actively establish the relationship between Latin dance technical level and lower limb strength training,and establish a scientific and systematic content of lower limb strength training of children Latin dance.2.In the course of Latin dance,anaerobic metabolism is the main body metabolism of dancers.The external characteristics of the special techniques of Latin dance include the writhing of waist,abdomen and hip,the movement of ankle and toe joints,the flexion and extension of knee joints and the fast and rhythmic rotation oflegs.These characteristics and techniques will become the special training and strength for analyzing children's Latin dance.Through the research,we can understand the importance of lower limb strength training in Latin dance training for children,and refine the lower limb strength training into hip muscle strength,leg muscle strength,knee,ankle and toe joint strength training.3.The construction principles of the lower limb strength training content of children Latin dancers are: pertinence principle,system uninterrupted principle,individual difference principle and pluralism principle.4.While understanding the characteristics of children's physical development,we can dig out the technical principles of Latin dance so as to establish reasonable training contents of lower limb strength.These include: first,the training methods that can effectively improve the hip muscle strength are: squatting,front,side,back kicking,Kuclacha,lying on the back,dividing up legs,walking with bow and arrow,and standing on both ends;second,the training methods can effectively improve the hip muscle strength.The training methods of leg muscle strength are as follows:raising legs,1 minute cowboy in situ bouncing,controlling legs with rods,1 minute right and left side walking,elastic band adduction,trotting;and the third effective training means to improve knee and ankle joint muscle strength are: ballet floor rubbing,small jump,step-to-step jumping,foot-to-rope jumping,cowboy Samba bouncing exercise,leg-hooking exercise.
