Selective attention refers to the phenomenon that individuals choose one of the multiple stimuli presented at the same time to pay attention and ignore other stimuli.Selective attention affects many psychological activities of individuals in life, work and study. In the process of receiving and selecting information,80% of the information is transmitted to the brain through vision. Therefore, the relationship between visual motor tracking and selective attention is very close, but most of the existing intervention studies on selective attention use rewards, information features or ideas to intervene, there are few studies on visual motion tracking and selective attention. This study, based on the visual motion tracking v1.0,combines the visual motion tracking task paradigm,single-objective tracking paradigm,multi-objective tracking paradigm and stereo-perception paradigm to develop the "visual motion tracking training system v2.0".On this basis,20 college students in the experimental group were trained for2 weeks, and the control group was not treated.By comparing the behavioral differences between the experimental group and the control group in the visual search task before and after the training, the and the control group in the visual search task before and after the training. The results showed that the correct rate of search task was higher, the number of distractions increased, the correct rate did not change significantly, the correct rate did not change significantly, and the correct rate of pre-and post-test in experimental group and control group reached more than 96%.According to the response speed of the search task, the number of distractions increased, the response speed became significantly slower, the effective hint was faster than the invalid hint, and the reaction speed increased significantly after training in the experimental group. There was no significant change in the correct rate, and there was no significant change in the reaction time and the correct rate in the control group. Conclusion :(1)the number of distractions and clues suggest that affect the processing speed of selective attention, the more distraction stimuli, the slower the processing speed, and the effective clues have attention priority.(2)Visual motor tracking training can effectively improve the processing speed of selective attention in universities, especially with effective cues.(3)The visual motion tracking training system developed in this study can v2.0 effectively improve individual selective attention.
