| Objective: To explore the multi-target tracking performance of athletes with different types of attention under different target numbers and different rotation angles of movement frame mutation, and to analyze the differences of fixation strategies between the two groups by using eye movement technology. Methods: A total of 30 athletes from Tianjin sports teams and sports colleges were selected, including 15 athletes from external attentional sports and 15 athletes from internal attentional sports.Multi-objective tracking paradigm and eye tracker were used to investigate and analyze tracking performance and eye movement fixation area. The results showed that:(1)With the increase of the number of targets from 3 to 5,the tracking accuracy of subjects decreased significantly, and the response time increased significantly;(2)Compared with the stable motion frame, the tracking accuracy and response time of the subjects were significantly decreased by 20° and 40° abrupt rotation to the right;(3)There were differences in multi-target tracking performance among athletes with different attention types.Specifically,(1)in terms of accuracy, when the task difficulty is low(the reference frame remains unchanged, the number of targets is 3 or 4)or medium(the number of targets is fixed, the frame mutation rotates by 20°;When the reference frame remains unchanged and the number of targets is 5),there is no significant difference in accuracy between the athletes with internal and external attention. When the task difficulty was high(the number of targets was fixed to 4 and the frame rotation was 40°),the accuracy of external attention athletes was significantly higher than that of internal attention athletes.(2)When the task difficulty was low(the reference frame was unchanged, and the number of targets was 3 or 4),there was no significant difference in the tracking response between internal and external attention types. When the task was of moderate difficulty(the reference frame was unchanged and the number of targets was 5),the response times of the externally attentive athletes were significantly lower than those of the internally attentive athletes. When the task difficulty was high(the number of targets was fixed at 4,the frame rotation was 20° and40°),there was no significant difference between internal and external attention types;(4)In the multi-target tracking task, both internal and external attentional athletes paid more attention to the target region and the middle region, and adopted the combination of target fixation strategy and central fixation strategy. In addition, the athletes with external attention were more likely to adopt the prediction strategy than the athletes with internal attention. |
