As a unique way to consider moral issues, the most important difference between caring ethics and traditional moral theory lies in the change from the ideal state of separated individuals to the reality of human relationships, and the change from the ethics centered on actors to the influence of ethical behaviors in relationships.Object.This shift not only helps to increase the effectiveness of individual moral practice, but also allows the rationality of social systems and policies to be considered from a new perspective. The theory of caring ethics is valuable, but it is also incomplete. The hard-torespond criticisms it faces fall into three types: caring ethics will solidify women's inequality, caring ethics is not applicable to the public domain, and the moral risk of caring. This article will comb through how the ethics of caring responds to criticism, and analyze its deficiencies through analysis. The response of caring ethics scholars to criticism mainly focuses on demonstrating the value and necessity of caring at the theoretical level, but lacking consideration of the principles of caring practice. Therefore, the key problem faced by care ethics is the lack of practical principles of care.Human beings are fragile and everyone needs to be cared for.Caring is a natural moral impulse that drives us to care for others.Everyone is a carer and a cared person. At the individual level,we need care to reduce the vulnerability of specific individuals. At the social level,we need to take care of the social system policies to provide conditions for specific individual caring practices. It also requires the care of social system policies to directly reduce the vulnerability of groups. In order to successfully respond to the criticisms of caring ethics,we need an appropriate caring ethics to address caring practice issues at the individual and social levels with the normative principles of caring.Based on the caring ethics, the initial caring principles are derived.Through some possible criticisms to examine the universal applicability of the principles, the final principle of care is drawn, which makes care ethics a comprehensive moral theory. At the end of the thesis, the specific social conditions required by the ethics of care are discussed through the cultivation of the ability to care, and then it provides a reference for the formulation of social policies.
