A Study On The Quotation Of Shuowen Jiezi In The Summary Of Ancient And Modern Rhyme Meetings

Summary of ancient and modern rhyme Association(abbreviated as "rhyme Association")is a rhyme book compiled by Xiong Zhong of Yuan Dynasty on the basis of Huang gongshao's ancient and modern rhyme Association.The book is widely searched and collected.In addition to its important value in phonology and exegesis,it is also the source of collation and collection because of its rich solicitation.Among them,the solicitation of Shuowen is the most noticeable.Huang gongshao entered the Yuan Dynasty from Song Dynasty,so Shuowen cited in Yunhui presents the appearance of Shuowen in Song Dynasty.Generally speaking,Shuowen is cited as xiaoxuben in Yunhui,but the source of xiaoxuben and daxxuben is Xushen's "Shuowen".Therefore,it is still of great significance to collate daxxuben and participate in xiaoxuben.According to the statistics of this paper,there are 6498 quotations from Shuowen in Yunhui,1522 of which are different from those in Daxu's Shuowen,with a different rate of23.4%.It should be pointed out that when quoting Shuowen,Yunhui does not copy the original book,but has its own style.In the process of quoting,it will change the original text of Shuowen.For example,in Yunhui,whether the initial or the explanation of the words are used in a large number of fake words,modern words,variant words and so on,they all take the name of Shuowen as the basis,and even adjust the sentences of Shuowen to different degrees according to the needs.If we don't carefully examine the citation style of Yunhui and take it as the basis,we will make mistakes in the collation of Shuowen.Moreover,from the completion of Shuowen to the Song Dynasty,there have been many places that are different from the original in terms of word use and interpretation.When Yunhui quotes Shuowen,it also has the side of inheriting its errors.These places should be carefully researched.This paper exhaustively collects and arranges the materials cited in Shuowen in Yunhui,compares them with Shuowen in Daxu edition,and takes philology,exegetics and other related theories as guidance,and finds out the features,values and shortcomings of the characters,interpretations,as well as the deep-seated reasons for the differences between thetwo,with a view to studying the styles of Yunhui as well It is the research aspect of the collation of Shuowen,which can provide some reference materials.
