A Study Of Han Fei's Logical Thought

Since modern times,with the introduction of western logic into China,ancient Chinese logic has gradually attracted the attention of advanced domestic scholars.It is in this situation that domestic scholars explore the logic of Confucianism and Mohism.Han Fei's logic thought was formed based on absorbing and drawing lessons from Confucianism and Mohism.Through the exploration of Han Fei's logical thought,we can find that Han Fei's thought of form and name,the way of argument and the theory of contradiction all have their unique analysis and application.Han Fei's logical thought is based on the Confucian logical thought of rightness and Mohist logical thought.The study of Han Fei's logical thought is first to analyze the logical thought of Confucian Zhengming theory in the pre-Qin period,mainly Confucius,Xunzi's Zhengming thought and Mohist logical thought.Han Fei's logic thought mainly includes the thought of form and name,the way of argument and the theory of contradiction.As for the thought of form and name,Han Fei thought that the concepts of "form" and "name" were "things" and "words",and the essence of form and name was name and reality.Han Fei summed up the relationship between form and name as the parameter of form and name,that is to say,"form" and "name" should be consistent with each other.Han Fei's usage and classification of names are mainly the names of positive things,the names of participants and laws.Han Fei's argumentation consists of three parts: dilemma inference,conjoint inference and reasonable inference.The essence of Han Fei's theory of contradiction is that two mutually negative judgments cannot be true at the same time,and there must be one false.Han Fei is the first scholar who put forward the concept of contradiction in the history of Chinese logical thought.The theory of contradiction is Han Fei's important contribution to the history of Chinese logical thought.Han Fei's logic thought has made great contribution to Chinese logic thought and Chinese philosophy.Among them,Han Fei's thought of form and name is the development and inheritance of the theory of form and name of the pre-Qin philosophers,which makes Han Fei's thought of form and name become the peak of the theory of form and name of the pre-Qin period.Han Fei's Lianzhu inference is a great contribution to Chinese logic.Han Fei's "theory of contradiction" also improved the basic theory of ancient Chinese thinking and logic law,and had a profound and positive impact on the development of Chinese logic thought in the future.Inevitably,Han Fei's logic thought has some limitations.
