Research On Chinese Contemporary Experimental Ink Painting

Experimental ink painting is a new art form that has received extensive attention in Chinese contemporary art.The birth of experimental ink painting has attracted the attention of theoretical researchers and practitioners for its cultural value and significance.This dissertation is the thinking and explanation on this subject.It analyzes and discusses the experimental ink painting from four perspectives: historical background,development status,characteristics and its value in contemporary art culture.The first chapter describes the historical background of experimental ink painting.It was born under the background of the 85'New Wave Art Movement,due to the innovation of Chinese painting and the involvement of foreign cultures.The second chapter systematically expounds the development of experimental ink painting under the circumstances of artistic reform,driven by practitioners and sponsors,and admired by theorists and major media.The third chapter explains the morphological characteristics and categories of experimental ink painting from various dimensions,and lists the main representative styles and characters of experimental ink painting with the characteristics of their works through case analysis.The fourth chapter explores the value and significance of experimental ink painting in cultural and artistic forms.Experimental ink painting has effectively blended Chinese and Western cultures and pushed the Chinese national art form to the world.In addition,this dissertation also expounds the characteristics of experimental ink painting in the use of materials and techniques,the expansion in language and space,and the diversity of expressions.All in all,the emergence of experimental ink painting provides new possibilities for the development of Chinese contemporary art.
