| Since the success of the network drama "Dark Man" broadcast by Tencent Video in 2014,Chinese major video websites have been continually voting for criminal investigation network dramas.This has prompted the rapid development of domestic criminal investigation network dramas,and there have been many popular and well-known outstanding works,such as "Psychological Crime","Forensic Qin Ming","If Snails Have Love","White Nights Chasing","Undocumented Crime" etc.The criminal investigation network drama has become one of the types of attention paid by the network drama market in China.The 22 criminal investigation network dramas broadcast by several major video websites such as Tencent Video,Iqiyi and Youku are the research objects of this paper.Through the research methods of literature analysis and case analysis,through the research on the development process and the creative methods of criminal investigation network dramas,it is found that the criminal investigation network dramas show some new features in narrative art compared with the traditional criminal investigation dramas and the early network dramas in the Mainland.The first is to absorb the success factors of American crime dramas,prefer to choose the Primary and secondary responsive plate structure,start the main story around the character experience,and arrange the secondary stories according to the needs of the narrative rhythm;the second is to show the absurd fate of the characters and adopt the narrative technique with limited viewing angle,so that the dramas present a new feature of strong plot impact and complex and changeable characters;the third is to use the type of miscellaneous,to form the urban sentiment model of "criminal investigation + love",the personal growth model of "criminal investigation + youth",and the simple humor mode of "criminal investigation + comedy".Criminal investigation network dramas also has some new features in the use of audiovisual techniques.The first is to use motion lenses to enhance the expressiveness of content,use subjective shots to create a sense of presence for the audience,to better play the main role of the lens language;the second is to use color to condense rich connotations,use light and shadow to reflect strong contrast,and more effectively highlight the ideographic effects of color and light;the third is to use the theme music to mobilize emotions,set different voices prominent themes,and more naturally express the meaning of different voices.These artistic features have made the quality of criminal investigation network dramas more and more sophisticated,and it is also an important reason for its popularity.The hot broadcast of criminal investigation network dramas in China once again confirms the principle that “content is king”,and its research on artistic features has certain theoretical significance and practical guiding significance.Although the content of the criminal investigation network dramas has certain propaganda,warning and science,it will have some favorable social influences,but at the same time,it should be alert to its adverse effects,such as showing bloody violence,inducing imitation crimes,etc.Relevant departments need to strengthen supervision.The criminal investigation network dramas broadcast in 2018 were homogenous and there were no more innovations and breakthroughs than the previous works.The network drama producers should sum up the experience.When shooting the drama,it should not blindly follow the trend,but should analyze the market changes rationally.It needs a long-term vision in the development of the series.The transition from heavy gold to popular IP to self-cultivation of IP is a path worth exploring. |
