| Classroom is the basic area for teachers to teach and educate students.Classroom management plays an important role in not only classroom teaching,but also the development of the students.However,teachers may do some wrong behaviors for some reasons when they manage the classroom.These behaviors are against the law of education and teaching,against teachers’ professional ethics,and will affect the physical and mental development of the students.this paper studied the misbehaviors of junior high school English teachers in classroom management,which are against the law of education when teachers manage the classroom such as managing the classroom interpersonal relationship,managing the classroom environment and managing the classroom discipline.Meanwhile,this paper studied the misbehaviors of English teachers that will affect the physical and mental development of the students,but not very seriously.The serious injury to students is a crime against the laws and regulations of our country,which is not in the scope of this study.This study focuses on the analysis of Junior High School English teachers’ classroom management misbehaviors,and tries to provide the basis for junior high school English teachers to correct their classroom management misbehaviors.Literature research method and survey research in the observation and interview method is used in this study.At first,the study defines the related concepts of classroom management behaviors,and research the existing domestic and foreign related studies.On the basis of the book Classroom Management by ChenShijian,this paper makes a observation scale of the classroom management behavior.95 teachers were observed on their managing behaviors in classroom management,and then carry out in-depth interviews with some students and teachers,found that the improper classroom management behavior of English teachers in Junior High School,analyzing the reasons and the formation.And put forward the corresponding optimization of classroom management behavior to the English teachers in Junior High School. |
