Research On The Bao Juan Of Zhou Yuan's Marriage Recruitment

The research of Chinese Bao Juan began in the 1920 s.After Gu Jiegang,Zheng Zhenduo and others realized the relationship between Bao Juan and Dunhuang literature and the Ming and Qing sects,they began to explore,collect,arrangement,and catalog the Bao Juan.Carrying out research has promoted the development of contemporary treasures.Since the 21 st century,the research on Bao Juan has made rapid progress,and the discussion on the relationship between Bao Juan and the novels and operas of Ming and Qing Dynasties has gradually deepened.The story of Zheng De's tour of the dragon is enduring in the folk.The "Zhou Yuan's marriage recruitment" was absorbed by Bao Juan and developed into a more important secular storybook.Compared with the enthusiasm for Zheng De travel in the field of novels and operas,the academic circles have no idea about "Zhou Yuan's marriage recruitment Bao Juan".This paper takes the Bao Juan of Zhou Yuan's marriage recruitment as the research object,based on the source of "Bao Juan of Zhou Yuan's marriage recruitment",sorts out its version circulation,story content,etc,and compares it with other types of Zhou Yuan's marriage recruitment.For comparison,it tries to show the characteristics of "Bao Juan of Zhou Yuan's marriage recruitment" from three aspects of folk appeal,belief and enlightenment,and the "Zhou Yuan's marriage recruitment Bao Juan" triggered the discussion on the characteristics and value of similar secular storybooks.The main body of the thesis is divided into three parts:The first chapter discusses the generation and spread of Zhou Yuan's recruiting story.The story of Zhou Yuan's marriage recruitment came from the Zheng De travel story.Since Wanli,it has spanned different literary and artistic forms and spread to all levels of society.Chapter two starts with the research on the edition of "Zhou Yuan's marriage recruitment Bao Juan",and discusses the characteristics of "ZhouYuan's marriage recruitment Bao Juan" in terms of its name,circulation time,and region.Then,through the textual comparison of "Zhou Yuan's marriage recruitment Bao Juan" with the legendary "Yu Dian Yuan" and the epilogue "Luo Jin Shan",the direct source of "Zhou Yuan's marriage recruitment Bao Juan" was deduced from the aspects of composition,story content,details and language.The third chapter clarifies the value and significance of "Zhou Yuan's marriage recruitment Bao Juan".This paper analyzes the types of Zhou Yuan's marriage stories under the motif of Zheng De's tour,and sums up the significance of different types of Zhou Yuan's marriage stories.In this context,compared the "Zhou Yuan's marriage recruitment Bao Juan" with other stories of Zhou Yuan's marriage recruitment in other literary and artistic works,and explores its unique features in terms of belief and enlightenment.In the end,we found that when the secular stories similar to "Zhou Yuan's marriage recruitment Bao Juan" adapted the secular story to the treasure scroll,they will join the god rescue mode and practice mode,and incorporate the secular story into the sacred text,which has a strong color of belief and enlightenment.This article through the case of "Zhou Yuan's marriage recruitment Bao Juan",on the one hand,hopes to promote the research of Zheng De travel stories from the perspective of Bao Juan;on the other hand,it attempts to explore the characteristics and popularization of popular secular stories adapted from Bao Juan Law,and then gain a deeper understanding of the beliefs,enlightenment,and entertainment functions of secular story treasures in civil society.
