With the transformation of China's economy from investment-led to consumption-led,the tertiary industry has developed rapidly, tourism has become an important economic growth point in the tertiary industry, and China's characteristic folk cultural tourism is an important branch of tourism.Due to the rise of folk cultural tourism, some developers were motivated by interests.Without studying the historical background of the ancient town, they carried out a template development of the ancient town, which caused the phenomenon of the "thousand town side" in the original unique town. This template development does not fully demonstrate the local characteristics of folk culture,so it cannot attract tourists, resulting in the economic benefits of the developed ancient towns failing to meet expectations. Therefore, the developers of the ancient town should highlight the local unique culture of the ancient town during the development process,so that the tourists can fully enjoy the local characteristic culture during the tour, thereby driving the local tourism economy. The form of Hakka architecture is the product of the settlement of the Han people in the Central Plains in the Yellow River basin. The form of Hakka architecture carries the unique history and culture of Hakka. This article focuses on the Hakka architectural form, through research and analysis of the history, culture and specific characteristics of the Hakka building, summarizes the extracted Hakka unique architectural form element language, and applies these elements to the ancient town of Luodai in the west Visual display design of Hakka Museum Cultural Experience Zone.Through the use of Hakkaarchitectural form elements in visual display design,it not only promotes Hakka folk culture, but also achieves the purpose of attracting tourists to activate the local economy.
