As the saying goes,"music is the soul of dance",this poetic language image explains the relationship between music and dance.Music and dance are both rhythmic arts,which are vivid and abstract.It can be seen that dancers have mastered music knowledge and have the ability to appreciate and control music to improve the quality and performance of dance movements.It is found from our school 's sports dance special class that before students practice dance movements,teachers generally use a variety of teaching methods such as demonstrations,explanations,and passwords to help students understand the rhythm of movements,and require students to practice movements and comprehension with music.The right tempo.Practice has proved that although conventional teaching methods are effective,the phenomenon of blind movements imitating movements,music rhythms,and physical exertion abound.Therefore,this article introduces the “ "Auxiliary experience method" ” into the sports dance teaching process,so that students have the ability to express music rhythms with informal dance movements before entering formal dance movement exercises,in order to reduce the phenomenon of blind movement imitating movements To achieve the purpose of improving learning efficiency.Samba originated in Brazil.As one of the most regional Latin dance types in sports dance,samba has obvious characteristics in both the musical style and the rhythm of dance movements.It is deeply loved by students.From a variety of authoritative textbooks,interviews with experts and outstanding players,it is known that there are eleven basic tempo rhythms of samba dance.This dance has a variety of style characteristics that are incomparable to other dances.Combining with the characteristics of samba rhythm changes,the study of "" Auxiliary experience method "" has a typical extension effect.This article believes that before students enter the formal dance action practice,there should always be an introduction to the formal practice,and the decomposition and digestion of various knowledge points is the goal of the intro study.Mastering the rhythm is the basic requirement for good dance.We can't just expect students to master the movement rhythm in formal dance practice.Before practicing the movement,we should use the simple sense of hearing and muscle to understand the movement rhythm.To improve learning efficiency.Therefore,this article draws on the innovative ideas of the teaching method of “Eurhythmics”by Darcroz and Orff 's “Momentum Rhythm” teaching method,and combines the advantages of the two methods into the “Dynamic Rhythm Assisted Training Method” of Non-dance moves.In order to verify the effectiveness of its training methods,this article condenses theresearch perspectives of predecessors and designs a teaching experiment plan based on the literature data research method,expert interview method,and questionnaire survey method.Through conventional statistical methods and analysis,the following are obtained Several research conclusions:1.The teaching method of "Eurhythmics" by Darkroz and Orff's "Momentum Rhythm" teaching method have important guiding value for the innovative design of new teaching methods.2.In the teaching process,the "" Auxiliary experience method "" was added,which improved the students' ability to recognize the movement rhythm and music rhythm of samba dance and the ability to express body speech,and promoted the improvement of the quality of dance movements.3.In the teaching process,adding "" Auxiliary experience method "" can enrich teachers' teaching methods,increase the interest of the classroom,and effectively improve students' learning interest and classroom satisfaction.4.In the teaching process,the "" Auxiliary experience method "" can effectively enhance students' self-confidence and psychological quality in learning.
