The residential mobility of individual level means someone relocate their residence for some reason. This is something that almost everyone has experienced, someone move a lot,the others are not.Previous studies have demonstrate that influence of residential mobility on individual is mainly negative, including provoking one's antisocial behavior.Whether individual with higher residential mobility will behave more unethically, and what the mechanism is? In this research,we conduct three studies to find out the impact of residential mobility on unethical behavior and their mechanism, hoping to make theoretical contributions to socio-ecological psychology and practical suggestions to mobile individuals.Study 1 measured residential mobility,self-control,unethical behavior by questionnaire(N=181),found that residential mobility is significantly positive related to unethical behavior, and self-control plays a mediating role.Study 2 conducted an experiment to explore the causal relationship between residential mobility and unethical behavior(N=113).Study 3 designed a 2×2 dual-factor experiment to explore the psychological mechanism of self-control and the moderating role of Moral identity(N=153).The conclusions of this research: 1.Residential mobility can predict unethical behavior significantly, the higher obility is,the more unethical behavior.2.Self-control plays a mediating role between residential mobility and unethical ehavior.3.Moral identity can moderate the relation between residential mobility and unethical behavior.
