In the 21 st century,China has fully entered the era of mobile Internet multi-screen.For the film and television production industry,under the impact of the Internet and mobile Internet,opportunities and challenges coexist.China’s film and television drama industry is the largest in the world.First of all,China has the largest audience in the world,and the audience of a film and television drama is hundreds of millions.Secondly,the number of Chinese TV dramas is the highest in the world,and most of China’s film and television dramas are broadcast in prime time.Finally,China’s film and television drama production ranks first in the world.In 2017,China’s film and television drama production volume was 310,a total of 13,000 episodes.Currently,there are nearly 135 Class A licensees for film and television production in China,and they have obtained a Class B license.Nearly 3,200,the film and television production industry is the largest in the world.In the case of a strong production of film and television dramas,the audience still expressed "dramatics",mainly because there were fewer boutique dramas,and a large number of film and television dramas did not reach the satisfaction of the audience.With the improvement of people’s quality of life,the audience’s requirements for film and television dramas are getting higher and higher.In order to maintain the stability of ratings,David’s platform is asking producers to produce high-quality film and television dramas.The State Administration of Press,Publication,Radio,Film and Television in 2015 Since the beginning of the year,the implementation of the "one drama and two stars" policy has also made the David Watch platform more competitive for quality and high-quality dramas.To stand firm in such a fierce competitive situation requires more scientific and systematic risk management.At present,China’s film and television drama risk research system is still weak and not mature enough.This paper stands in the perspective of a complete film and television industry value chain.It uses the theory and method of project risk identification,risk analysis,risk assessment and risk response measures,combined with the characteristics of Y film and television drama project,to conduct systematic risk management research.This paper analyzes the various risk factors existing in the process of Y film and television drama project,and puts forward effective risk management suggestions for project risk management,timely takes countermeasures to deal with the emerging risks,and improves the probability and impact of positive events in the project and reduces The probability and impact of negative time in the project ensures that the project objectives are achieved.By identifying risks,we sort out various factors of project risk.Then conduct a qualitative qualitative analysis,evaluate and comprehensively analyze the probability and impact of the risk,prioritize the risks,and provide a basis for followup.Cope with the risk response plan,and formulate plans and measures to improve opportunities and reduce threats according to project objectives.Implement risk response throughout the project,track identified risks,monitor residual risks,and identify new risks.The research of this paper aims to improve the project control ability through the comprehensive risk management of Y film and television drama project,ensure the achievement of project objectives,and introduce the project management risk management system into the field of film and television drama,establish risk awareness,and make the film and television company in film and television.In the process of the value chain of the drama industry,try to avoid and mitigate similar risks.
