As a representative of avant-garde literature,Gefei is best known for his experiments with the fantastical forms of his early works,His novel disintegrates causality and teleology with its unique form maze and novel time narration,It expresses thinking about the existence of life.In 2004,gefei returned with his "jiangnan trilogy" after a decade of silence.In “peach blossom with a human face”,gefei,who was once deeply obsessed with narrative strategies and form mazes,lets readers see the classical and mature side of his works,Later in the "mountains and rivers into a dream" and "spring to the end of jiangnan",his shift is more obvious,and In 2015 he returned to the river of time with “spring breeze”.Through a series of works in the new century we can found that Gefei not only retains his original literary temperament,but also absorbs the poetic nourishment of traditional Chinese literature,eliminate the character in early works "symbolic" characteristics,requisition realistic character image shaping strategy,Chinese tradition and modern narrative integration,in terms of the connotation of the theme,it has changed the way of cause-and-effect gratuitous communication in the past,but established the narration of loneliness,desire and other themes on a solid plot chain,its intellectual thinking resides in vivid historical scenes and real experience,the novel is strong,thick and gloomy.On the basis of studying the novel texts of gefei in various periods,this paper will observe gefei’s novel creation in the new century from the dimensions of theme connotation,language art,aesthetic pursuit and characterization,and explore the reasons and significance of its transformation.Specific from the following three aspects to elaborate:Chapter one: the deepening of gefei’s creative theme.This chapter mainly explains the transformation of his creation from the perspective of the connotation of the theme,including the lonely consciousness endowed with historicalization,from the individual to the hustle and bustle of historical desire,from the nihilistic utopian theme to the return of hometown close to the life of The Times,as well as the core of the theme transformation and its specific text presentation.Chapter two: the new changes of gefei’s artistic creation.This chapter mainly from the perspective of the art level,its transformation,from the early europeanization to classical elegant language,get rid of the labyrinth form after return to classical,picking up on the narrative tradition,and in the shaping of image from the early "symbolic" to "flesh firmness" in the new century,and connecting with the concrete text analysis,to the regression of tradition of classical and discusses its important contribution to the contemporary literary world.Chapter three: the significance of ge fei’s creative transformation.This chapter mainly explores ge fei and the meaning of transformation,the cause of the creative transformation of from personal pioneer to pioneer group,and reveals the avant-garde from pioneer "form" to "pioneer spirit" external impetus,from communication with self to dialogue with reality shift of writing motivation,and from the "western" to the "fusion of Chinese and western" novel conceptual change,explore the value of his creation of contemporary literature in the new century and impact.
