Since the 1950 s,domestic animation and art films marked by the "Chinese School" have won awards at various film festivals.After years of development,the production mode of the "Chinese School" has become more and more unique.Formed certain aesthetic characteristics.Among them,in the design of animation characters,the designer adheres to the principle of "serving children" and has the cultural tradition of "educating people",which is the main reason for the relatively pure and positive theme of the "Chinese school" animation in character modeling.At the same time,it has certain enlightenment consciousness in the process of theme creation,which led to the "Chinese school" 's narrow choice of animation theme,so it is relatively thin when shaping characters.From the artistic spirit of the animation characters,the "Chinese school" uses Chinese tradition Based on culture,the whole animation presents a atmospheric?simple?and heavy artistic conception.In short,the animation characters of the "Chinese School" not only have distinctive national characteristics,but also have the core of Chinese traditional virtues Strength.The "Chinese school" animation mainly grew and developed during the planned economy period,and its operating environment was nonmarket and non-commercial.Therefore,this also led to the failure to adapt well after the development of the times and environmental changes,leading to the "Chinese school" Lack of packaging awareness for the works,and low propaganda efforts are very detrimental to the development of China's animation industrialization.However,in recent years,the pace of industrialization development has become faster and faster.The exhibition has also received more and more attention.At present,the policy environment of China's cultural industry is relatively loose,which also provides a good environment for the re-emergence of "Chinese school" animation.As a whole,we can start from "China Starting with the "school" animation characters,we can improve the quality of animation works in our country,generate their own character ip,form an industrial chain,and build a good commercial operation environment.In general,in the last century,as the leader of the "Chinese school" animation,the Shanghai Fine Arts Film Studio has achieved a total output of 80% of the country's art films since it was officially established in 1957.National style,for the first time shouted the slogan "Take the Road of National Style".It draws inspiration from the forms of folk art in China,such as shadow play,Chinese painting,paper cutting,etc.,and appreciates the traditional ideas of these arts."School" art film.In this study,we will take the classic characters in the Shanghai Fine Art Film Studio that have impressed the audience as an entry point.Taking this as an example,we will focus on the three parts from 1949-1965,1966-1976,1977-1999.This section analyzes the development history and corresponding era background of the animated characters of the "Chinese School",and explores the nationality in the modeling of these characters;then studies the factors and status quo of the decline of the "Chinese School" and analyzes the way out of its creation.
