Shi Yifeng's literary works has drawn more and more people's attention in recent years.His works are featured by obvious stages,which consist of two since the work "There Is No Chen Jinfang in the World" was published in 2014.In other words,the former was represented by "Youth Trilogy"(including "Love for Beijing","HONGQI XIA DE GUOER","Jiejie'favorite for Sound,Light and Electricity").During this stage,Shi Yifeng continued part of the creative traditions of representative writers of "Beijing-flavour literature" such as Lao She and Wang Shuo,and integrated his own unique characteristics,forming a "Beijing flavor literature" with personal features.The latter was made up of "There Is No Chen Jinfang in the World","Eye of the Earth" and "Special Combat".During this period,Shi Yifeng paid attention to the real world,and then integrated major realistic issues into his works.Besides,he also made more efforts to carry on the important "May 4th" new literary traditions,including "human literature",problem novels,and the depiction of new women,combining these traditions with the current social reality,which made the work unique in literary history.As a writer born in 1979,Shi Yifeng was also concerned about writer intergeneration.Therefore,his works were mixed with the typical characteristics of "post-70s" and "post-80s" writers on the one hand,and made some breakthrough on the other hand.Carrying out "Beijing style literature" and "new literature tradition" has became an important writing basis of Shi Yifeng,which is of vital significance to the recognition of his generational identity.The paper consists of introduction,main text and conclusion.Chapter one is mainly to study the continuation and development of Shi Yifeng on "Beijing Flavour Literature" in the early stage of his works.Moreover,the author is also to compare and analyze the similarities and differences between Shi Yifeng's earlier works and Lao She and Wang Shuo's in terms of Beijing Flavour Literature.Compared with Lao She,Shi Yifeng learned from Lao She with regarding to shaping the image of Beijing citizens by Beijing dialects and showing a sense of human of Beijing in "Beijing Flavour Literature".Furthermore,he also made some progress,for example,reducing the frequency of Beijing dialect while increasing the popular Beijing dialect and a sense of humor to show the characteristics of Beijing people and shape the character of " superfluous men" when it comes to shaping the image of Beijing residents.What is more,compared with Wang Shuo,Shi Yifeng diluted the courtyard consciousness,but tried his best to shape a group of "new stubborn masters" with weak resistance.Chapter two is mainly to discuss the inheritance of the May 4th New Literary Tradition by Shi Yifeng in the later stage of his work.As we all know,Shi Yifeng succeded in carrying on the traditions of "human literature",problem novels,and the depiction of new women.First of all,he established the value and dignity of "human" in his works as well as a "supposed" and "actual" world,which was in line with the concept of "human literature" of Zhou Zuoren.Secondly,he discussed the important social issues such as class solidification,the gap between the rich and the poor,and the fall of religion,and grasped the spiritual core of the problem novel.In the end,he shaped the typical female images in the "May 4th" new literary works such as the women at the lower levels of society,the struggling new woman,and the revolutionary woman.Chapter three is to talk about the concern of Shi Yifeng on the writer intergeneration.From the perspective of "post-70s" writers,Shi Yifeng focused on the common characteristics,for instance,warm daily life,expression of personal experience and lyrical traditional practice.However,in the later stage of writing,he turned to express public experience,and the history of social development,which indicated that he developed works of the post-70 s writers.From the perspective of "post-80s" writers,Shi Yifeng was seen as a representative of post-80 s writers,that is "youth writing" in the earlier stage of his works.However,at that time,he no longer attached great importance to rebellion and desire,which was in fact different from other "post-80s" writers.In addition,Shi Yifeng seized the opportunity to combine "youth writing" with the "growth novel",as a result of being an author who was devoted himself into the "problem novel".
