Objective: This study compared the surface myoelectric differences of women wearing Latin dance shoes with different heel heights in rumba dance with and without mirrors. To investigate the effect of heel height and mirror absence on muscle surface emG during swinging and supporting stage during Latin dancers' forward steps.Research methods:This research uses the literature material law, survey method, mathematical statistics of sichuan normal university sports institute sports dance rumba forward team 23 women walking electrical characteristics methods of comparative analysis,Noraxon's Desktop DTS 16-channel surface EMG system was used to collect surface EMG signals from 4 lower limb muscles and 4 trunk muscles in four common rumba walking movements with or without mirrors(5.5cm,7.5cm,8.5cm,9.0cm).The variance of repeated measurements was used to analyze whether the different heel heights in the state of mirror-free had differences in the forward and walking muscles of rumba dance. Results: 1.The electromyography(emg)value and contribution rate of each muscle during the swing stage were not significant(P > 0.05).There was no significant interaction between heel height and mirror(P > 0.05).There was a significant difference in integral emG of the right rectus abdominis(RRA)(P=0.007 < 0.05).The integral myoelectric value of the right rectus abdominis(RRA)was 5.5cm and higher than that of 8.5cm and 9.0cm;7.5cm heel height is higher than 8.5cm and 9.0cm.In the swinging stage without mirror, the muscles of the 4 heel height were mainly the right rectus abdominis(RRA),the right external oblique(REO),the right gastrocome(RMG)and the right tibial anterior muscle(RTA),and the minimum IEMG values were the right lats(RLD),the right trapezius(RMT)and the right semitendinosus(RST).The largest muscle contribution rate was the right rectus abdominis(RRA),the right external oblique(REO),the right tibial anterior muscle(RTA)and the right rectus femoris(RRF).The smallest muscle contribution rate was the right latissimus dorsi(RLD)and the right semitendinosus(RST).2.The integral myoelectric value and contribution rate of each muscle in the support stage, and the main effect of the mirror were not significant(P > 0.05);There was no significant interaction between heel height and mirror(P > 0.05).There were significant differences in the integral EMG values of the right rectus femoralis(RRF)(P=0.022 < 0.05),the right latissimus dorsi(RLD)(P=0.011 < 0.05),and the right trapetus(RMT)(P= 0.002 < 0.05).The integral EMG values of the right rectus femoralis(RRF)were 7.5cm higher than those of 8.5cm and 9.0cm higher. The right latisseus dorsi(RLD)integral MYoelectric value of 7.5cm heel height is higher than8.5cm heel height. The integral myoelectric value of right trapetus(RMT)was 5.5cm with a height higher than that of 8.5cm and 9.0cm with a height higher than that of8.5cm;7.5cm heel height is higher than 8.5cm and 9.0cm.The contribution rates of right latissimus dorsi(RLD)(P=0.023 < 0.05),right tibialis anterior(RTA)(P=0.013< 0.05),right semitendinosus(RST)(P=0.049 < 0.05)and right trapetus(RMT)(P=0.001 < 0.05)were significantly different. The right latisseus dorsi(RLD)muscle contribution rate was higher at 7.5cm than at 8.5cm.The right tibial anterior muscle(RTA)contributed 8.5cm to the height ratio of 5.5cm,7.5cm and 9.0cm.The contribution rate of right semitendinosus muscle(RST)was 8.5cm higher than7.5cm.The right trapetus(RMT)contribution rate was 5.5cm higher than that of8.5cm and 9.0cm;7.5cm heel height is higher than 8.5cm and 9.0cm heel height. In the stage of support with or without mirror, the main working muscles at the four heights were right gastrocnemius(RMG),right rectus abdominis(RRA)and right rectus femoris(RRF),and IEMG values were minimum right lats(RLD)and right semitendinosus(RST).The largest muscle contribution was the right rectus abdominis(RRA),the right rectus femoris(RRF)and the right external oblique(REO).The smallest muscle contribution was the latissimus dorsi(RLD)and the right semitendinosus(RST).Research conclusion: 1.The effects of different heel heights on the integral EMG values of right rectus abdominis(RRA),right rectus femoris(RRF),right latissimus dorsi(RLD)and right trapetus(RMT)were statistically significant. The contribution rates of right latissimus dorsi(RLD),right tibialis anterior(RTA),rightsemitendinosus(RST)and right trapezius(RMT)were statistically significant. The measured muscle power does not increase with the increase of heel height,on the contrary, the higher heel height will affect the muscle power.2.The presence or absence of mirrors had little influence on the electromyography(EMG)and muscle contribution rate of each muscle during swing and support stages.3.Rumba forward step mainly works the right gastrocnemius(RMG),right rectus femoris(RRF),right rectus abdominis(RRA)and right external oblique(REO).The IEMG value and contribution rate of the muscle were the right latissimus dorsi(RLD),the right trapezius(RMT)and the right semitendinosus(RST).
