Analysis Of Narrative Strategy Of Documen Tary About Old People

The documentary on the theme of the elderly mainly shows the old people's life and mental outlook in a documentary way.In addition to depriving the audience of tears to arouse humanistic concern,we should also pay attention to the story construction of the documentary and improve the viewing of the documentary.It is an important means of catering to the public's aesthetic and reflecting the values of life to create a documentary about the elderly in the way of story telling.This paper is mainly composed of five parts.The first part summarizes the status quo and significance of documentary studies on the subject of old age.The first chapter defines the concept of the elderly theme documentary and Documentary Narrative.The second chapter takes the character image as the foundation of the story content to carry on the analysis,constructs the character image from the characteristic,the disposition and the emotion and so on aspects,causes the story content to be rich and diverse.Chapter three analyzes the conflict from four aspects: The combination of cause and effect,the change of viewpoint,the strategy of delay and the description of details,which makes the plot rise and fall with tension.In the Fourth Chapter,audio-visual language is taken as the key to the rhythm of the story,and scene changes,music and cross-montage are used to accelerate the rhythm of the story.This paper combs the narrative mode of the Chinese old age documentary,and then analyzes the narrative strategy of the old age documentary according to the personal work "the spring of silver hair burning".
