As the development of economy,national education has also received unprecedented attention.Teacher's professional identity affects the development of teacher's career.Therefore,understanding Teacher's professional identity is good for teacher professional development so as to promote the development of education.English student teachers are in the critical period of forming teacher professional identity,and there are many factors affecting the career development of young student teachers.At present,English teachers professional development has attracted the attention of many scholars.But it is still limited.The present study in Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region,through interview and questionnaire survey,explores middle school English student teacher professional identity problems.This study also tries to understand the middle school English student teacher professional identity and development,and finds out the influential factors that lead to the development.It avails the professional development of teachers.It is found that the middle school English student teachers' professional identity in Guangxi is relatively high,and the professional identity of student teachers has changed positively after the internship,and the overall change is on the rise.Meanwhile,this study also finds out that there are many influencing factors which affect the form and development of middle school English student teachers' professional identity.According to the research,there are three main factors influencing middle school English student teachers' professional identity:1)students 2)teaching procedures 3)environment.Affected by these three factors,their teachers' professional identity have different change.So we can conclude that educational internship influence middle school English student teachers' professional identity to some extent.Through educational internship,the student teachers have deeper understanding of the teachers professional identity.Therefore,schools and society need to focus on normal university students education,establish a wholesome educational practice system,and pay attention to the professional identity of English student teachers,so as to promote the career development of teachers.
